We are often retained to act as Solicitor agents/counsel for overseas Lawyers in matters relating to the Gibraltar jurisdiction; and to issue reports, opinions and certificates on Gibraltarian Law and financial transactions.
The practice is regularly mentioned in the Legal 500 and the 2013 edition referred to the practice as “highly rated for its human rights and constitutional law expertise, and is also experienced in dealing with complex criminal cases and international disputes".
