Congratulations Hayley & Maxine

Charles Gomez & Co would like to congratulate two of our rising members of staff for their excellent achievements in the University of Gibraltar’s AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) course.

The AAT is a professional body for vocational accountants, recognized globally by leading employers, which caters for the broadening of skills for both trainees and professionals alike.

Maxine Randall and Hayley Barbara work in the administration department. Both have displayed a fantastic propensity for learning and for improving their career path, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills with our clients.

Shadowing our Accounts Department Team Manager, Jerina Bottaro, who has been training the two, they have been climbing the career ladder, expanding their knowledge in accounting, and since have scored some of the highest grades in their class: Maxine scoring a 99% on her latest exam and Hayley scoring, 85%.

Jerina stated: “Our office culture is highly focused on giving our staff the opportunity to grow; we want to see all members of the team climb the career ladder and explore areas of the legal profession that they are passionate about.

Hayley and Maxine are both highly motivated, they love what they do and have proven through their hard work and AAT exam results that they have a very bright future in accountancy, which is why we give a lot of importance in continuing practice development.”
